Ridgeline Minerals is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement of 12,500,000 shares at C$0.12 per common share for gross proceeds of C$1,500,000. Proceeds will fund Ridgeline’s 2019 exploration programs at the Carlin-East, Swift and Selena projects.
